Information collected

We collect the answers, contact details, work history, skills, availability, consent and optional links requested by the tenant’s application form. Advertising-source information may be recorded to measure recruitment performance.

How it is used

Application information is used to assess fit, contact applicants, conduct interviews and verification, operate the selection process, prevent abuse, maintain audit records and prepare approved applicants for the tenant’s downstream onboarding process.

Tenant routing

The hostname used to access this site determines which tenant receives the application. SnapSuite stores every application centrally and, when configured, securely forwards a tenant-specific application event to that tenant’s approved backend destination.

Automated scoring and human review

A tenant may configure preliminary scoring to organize applications. Scoring does not itself approve an applicant. Final decisions remain with authorized human reviewers.

Access and retention

Application information is restricted to authorized SnapSuite, tenant and service-provider personnel. Retention and deletion follow the applicable tenant policy and legal requirements.
